With the increased levels of coronavirus throughout the country, we recognise that many people will be concerned to know what impact this may have and what this may mean for you if you are using any one of the many services that the We Plan Group offers.  

In line with Government guidance, we have been planning for all scenarios and working to protect our customers and staff.  Our priority is to support all our customers effectively and efficiently throughout this difficult time.  In support of this, we have been holding daily meetings to ensure we are up to date with the latest guidance.

However, We Plan Group has taken the decision to close its doors for a minimum period of three weeks starting from tomorrow, April 1st.  We regret that we’ve had to do this but the effect of the crisis has been significant and so we have been left with no choice.

We do not yet know how long this pause will last for but we will review things at the end of the three week period.  If we are able to, we will get back up and running then but we cannot promise this just now.  We’re really sorry for this; we know that some of you may be impacted by the current Government restrictions.  If, for example, you have lodged a payment protection insurance complaint with our help, we understand that a claim settlement could make a real difference.  This is not our choosing and we will re-open the minute we are able to.  When this happens, we will post another message here.
